Client Service Representative position is available for a positive and motivated, organized and compassionate team member. High volume receptionist experience desired with proficiency in multi-line phone and computer systems. AVIMARK experience is a plus. Experience in the veterinary field is required . Excellent client communication and ability to multi-task is a daily requirement. Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professional demeanor is a necessary talent for this position. Helping clientele with emergencies and sick pets is something we take pride in accomplishing.
Job requirements include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, working with veterinary databases and networking programs as well as communicating with the public across the front desk. Duties include but are not limited to general record keeping, filing, faxing, using the copier and follow up calls after patient visits. Our Client Service Specialist position must possess qualities that include empathy and caring communication. Ideal candidate has complete work ethic and honest smile that conveys assurance and trust in caring for our clients most treasured possessions, their pets.
