Patient Services Representatives are on the front line in service delivery for our clients and patients. The Patient Services Represents are responsible for all aspects of the customer and client experience in our clinics from providing public instructions on a surgery day to working at the check in desk when we are providing veterinary services. Patient Services Representatives operate the clinic’s day to day activities working as a team and offering the public the highest quality customer service.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS
This position requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility and adaptability will be invaluable as job duties may fluctuate from day to day and even moment to moment. The ability to communicate assertively and effectively with staff and clientele is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-initiative and the capacity to work independently.
Must have strong computer skills and veterinary experience.
