Lead Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator
Small animal, integrative veterinary practice seeking a Lead Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator.
The Lead Client Care Coordinator is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The Lead Client Care Coordinator answers telephones, greets clients, prepares patient files and escorts clients and patients to exam rooms, receives and relays client correspondence, updates client financial records. The exceptional Lead Client Care Coordinator can diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding.
The Lead Receptionist is additionally responsible for creating the Client Service Representative (CSR) Schedule, finding coverage when CSR’s call out, addressing client complaints and concerns, CSR reviews and staffing concerns in partnership with the Practice Manager, and monitoring continuity of Client Care.
Each team member must ensure that the 4 Pillars of the practice (Safety, Courtesy, Compassion, Respect) are practiced with each interaction.

Handle Payment Transactions
Update and manage all client and patient medical records
Answer phone, email and text inquiries about hospital and patient care
