The Client Service Specialist is a cornerstone of our practice. The position is responsible for managing the total client experience from appointment booking to billing. The position requires the ability to build relationships with clients and teammates through compassion, veterinary knowledge, and dependability. Veterinary experience is preferred, though client service experience may serve as a substitute. Eligible candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Our part time opportunity includes 25-30 hours during evenings and rotating weekend hours. Our full time opportunity includes 38-40 hours weekly, and alternating scheduled hours.
