Our team members work a four-day work week with occasional weekend hours (part time is available if you prefer). We offer health insurance, FIVE FREE COUNSELING SESSIONS per employee, paid holidays, an allowance for scrubs, and of course discounted care for pets. Weekly staff meetings help us stay on the same page and problem-solve as a team, without pointing fingers or placing blame. We are NOT corporate-owned and never will be! That means no "higher power" telling us to do things that we don't agree with.

Do what you were trained to do--draw blood, place IV catheters, intubate patients and monitor anesthesia, perform dental prophylaxis and full mouth radiology, manage lab samples, and assist with restraint for xrays or ultrasound.

We believe in whole body health--that means we believe nutrition and behavior are just as essential (in fact they are the foundation of) preventative care. All of our team members receive Level 1 Fear Free training, and we are proud to be both AAHA-accredited and a Gold-level Cat-Friendly Practice. You will never see us forcing a frightened dog to get its nails trimmed.
