We're seeking a second Veterinary Criticalist who values teamwork, mentorship, and the opportunity to practice cutting-edge medicine in a highly collaborative environment. You will partner closely with our existing Criticalist while working alongside specialists in Emergency, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging to provide seamless multidisciplinary care.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will:
- Manage high-acuity emergency and ICU patients, including triage, stabilization, and ongoing critical care management
- Lead or participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to protocol development and service advancement
- Perform advanced therapies including mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, therapeutic plasma exchange, and hemofiltration
- Support growth initiatives within the ECC service and help advance patient care capabilities
- Engage in ongoing mentorship, continuing education, and collaborative learning opportunities across the Ethos network
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
What You Bring
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington state veterinary licensure
- Board Certification in Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC) or residency-trained status
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
- A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine
- Interest in helping grow and shape a progressive Emergency & Critical Care service
