AcutePet Urgent Care, a new national brand of veterinary urgent care centers, is building and creating healthy and sustainable urgent care environments that are dedicated to our local communities, and to our extraordinary teams. We want to improve how veterinary medicine is experienced by our professionals and the public we serve. We aspire to give pet owners access to exceptional, same day, and affordable urgent care for their beloved pets, while complimenting the current veterinary model. We will help bridge the gap between primary and emergency care, changing the way veterinary care is sought out and delivered.

Company History

At AcutePet Urgent Care, our DVM owners share a combined 60 years of veterinary experience as clinicians, hospital creators, and executive operators. Our leadership team is comprised of professionals with extensive veterinary experience. We’re reimagining the current veterinary landscape with an employee-centric focus where teams feel valued, respected, and heard. Our commitment extends to addressing the distinct challenges faced by the veterinary profession. At the core of our vision is the celebration of our dedicated teams, focusing on well-being - both professionally and mentally. We’ve designed forward-thinking compensation and benefit plans to ensure that every team member feels genuinely valued and well-cared for. Benefits

Our full suite of benefits includes 100% company-paid employee health, dental, and life insurance premiums. Additionally, we offer supplemental vision, disability, HSA plans, legal services, and employee assistance programs.

Compensation includes a generous sign-on bonus, base salary with 25% production pay (whichever is greater), no negative accrual.

No overnights or major holidays! Plus, your birthday is a paid holiday.

Our weekly schedules include built-in time for personal and team well-being and development.

Up to six weeks of paid parental/adoptive leave.

Paid time off so you can maintain a healthy balance of work and personal time.

To ensure that our doctors have exceptional technical support, we provide innovative technician compensation, including revenue-based production.
