 At Animal Medical Care Center & Cat Hospital, experienced veterinarians can receive a customizable first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K (based on experience). Choose the structure that fits your goals — a higher guaranteed base salary, a larger signing bonus, or a combination of both.

 This package is designed to be flexible and achievable based on your experience and preferences.

What It’s Like to Practice Here

We are a well-established, multi-species practice that offers far more variety than a typical small-animal clinic.

You’ll see a diverse caseload including dogs, cats, exotics, pocket pets, birds, and reptiles — keeping your days engaging and professionally rewarding.

This is not a high-volume, high-pressure environment — you’ll have the time and support to work cases up appropriately and practice medicine thoughtfully.
