MissionVet Specialty & Emergency is seeking a compassionate and motivated Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing team.

We welcome experienced emergency veterinarians, internship-trained clinicians, experienced general practice and urgent care veterinarians, equine practitioners, and any veterinarian with a strong clinical foundation who is eager to transition into emergency medicine.

Whether you're an established ER doctor or looking to make the exciting move into emergency practice, our team is committed to supporting your success.

For veterinarians seeking additional training, we proudly offer ER Immerse, our structured emergency mentorship program designed to provide the confidence, support, and hands-on experience needed to thrive in emergency medicine. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced clinicians transitioning from other areas of practice are also welcome to participate in mentorship and training based on their individual experience and career goals.
