Experienced veterinarians can receive a customizable first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K (based on experience). Choose the structure that fits your goals — a higher guaranteed base salary, a larger signing bonus, or a combination of both.
This package is designed to be flexible and achievable based on your experience and preferences.

Your Role as Medical Director
You will:
- Establish and uphold medical quality standards
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians
- Collaborate closely with the Hospital Manager on operations
- Guide case management and patient care protocols
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture
- Maintain an active clinical caseload
You’ll be supported by strong operational leadership so your focus remains on medicine and team development — not administrative overload.
