Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency (AVSE) is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join our rapidly growing team in the Atlanta metro area. This is an exciting opportunity to practice high-quality emergency medicine in a newly built, state-of-the-art hospital alongside an exceptional team of specialists and emergency clinicians.

Highlights include:
- Base salary of $225,000 + 25% production with no negative accrual
- Competitive sign-on & retention incentive package

About AVSE
AVSE is a state of the art 20,500-square-foot specialty and emergency hospital offering Emergency, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Neurology, and Ophthalmology services to the pets and families of Alpharetta and surrounding communities.
Supported by Ethos Veterinary Health and led by an experienced Medical Director and Hospital Director, our hospital was thoughtfully designed to support excellent patient care, efficient workflows, and a positive experience for both clients and team members. As our caseload continues to grow, we are excited to add a dedicated overnight emergency veterinarian to our team.

The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to work a consistent overnight schedule while practicing alongside a highly collaborative specialty and emergency team. You’ll manage a diverse and rewarding caseload with access to advanced diagnostics, specialty support, and modern equipment in a hospital built for high-level medicine.
Beyond clinical care, this role offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to hospital growth, and help shape the culture of a new and evolving specialty hospital.
