Porter, TX (Just North of Houston)

We’re partnering with a busy, well-established small animal hospital in Porter, TX, just minutes from Houston, to recruit a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian to join a collaborative two-doctor team.
You’ll work alongside a hands-on, experienced DVM owner who is deeply committed to Fear Free, low-stress handling and building long-term relationships with both clients and staff. This is an ideal role for a veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine without corporate pressure.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Hospital Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-time schedule typically consists of 4 × 10-hour shifts per week
Saturdays rotate occasionally to support balance and flexibility
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 (DOE)
Production Bonus: 23%+ with no negative accrual
Sign-on Bonus Available

About You
✔ DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent)
✔ Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
✔ Passion for Fear Free, compassionate veterinary care
✔ Strong communication and client relationship skills
✔ Team-oriented, collaborative, and confident practicing independently
