Associate Veterinarian (DVM) – Moore, OK (Near Oklahoma City)

$100K–$120K Base + 20% Production | Realistic OTE $150K+

Practice Highlights

• Full-service small animal hospital (exotics optional)

• Dental suite + digital dental radiology
• Therapeutic laser

• 2.5 technicians per DVM – excellent support

Flexible Schedule

• Full-time = 35 hours/week (benefits eligible)
• Most vets work 4 days / ~40 hours
• Midweek-only option available
• Optional Saturdays (with weekday off)
• Typical hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm / 6:00pm / 6:30pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
• 20% Production Bonus (all current vets hitting targets)
• Realistic OTE: $150,000+
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $5,000–$10,000 Retention Bonus (negotiable)

Time Off & CE

• 2 weeks PTO + public holidays
• 3 days CE leave
• $2,500 CE allowance

• DVM / VMD degree
• Licensed (or eligible) in Oklahoma
• Strong communication & client care skills
