Job DescriptionJoin a 5-star, AAHA-accredited hospital on the Philadelphia Main Line. Partnership potential!
We are working on behalf of a prestigious, privately owned small-animal hospital on the Philadelphia Main Line in Paoli, PA that is seeking a compassionate and experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its exceptional team – with the potential for partnership or ownership down the line.
Established in 1949 and AAHA-accredited since 1960, this 5-star, Fear Free certified practice has been setting the standard of veterinary care in the area for over 75 years. Operating out of a spacious 9,000 sq ft facility, the hospital offers a diverse caseload of dogs and cats with a focus on preventive care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. The team prides itself on working cases up thoroughly and following through – developing true "veterinary primary care specialists" who deliver outstanding medicine with genuine autonomy.
The facility is impressively equipped, featuring a newly outfitted dental suite, digital radiography, in-house laboratory, and modern anesthesia monitoring systems. Each veterinarian is supported by a dedicated CVT and a veterinary assistant, allowing you to focus on what matters most – physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and client communication. You'll also have access to your own private office for administrative work, and the on-site daycare and boarding facility provides a unique opportunity to earn additional revenue through routine medical care.
This is a practice built on values of compassion, integrity, excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Case collaboration and knowledge-sharing are actively encouraged, and whether you're an experienced practitioner looking for clinical freedom or a newer graduate seeking mentorship, this is an environment designed to help you thrive. With no emergency on-call, closed evenings and Sundays, and a flexible full-time or part-time schedule, this is a rare chance to build a long-term career in one of Pennsylvania's most desirable communities.
