• Guaranteed base salary negotiable up to c.150,000 - $175,000

• 20% production bonus with no negative accrual

What We’re Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) with 2/3+ years’ experience

• Eligible for Tennessee veterinary licensure

• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition

• Passion for high-quality patient care and team culture

• Flexible to work full time with general working hours in line with expected hospital opening times: 8:00am–5:30pm Monday-Saturday
