Description
Acupet Veterinary Care, a small-animal clinic in Los Alamitos, CA, seeks a Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and preventive care. You will manage cases from intake to follow-up, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and client education. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented clinicians eager to grow in both advanced and holistic veterinary practice.Provide comprehensive small-animal medical care, including examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgery and dental procedures
Deliver integrative and holistic therapies, including acupuncture, as appropriate
Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic imaging to guide treatment
Develop personalized care plans and educate clients on pet health and prevention
Maintain accurate, timely medical records in EMR systems
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Participate in case discussions and continuous improvement of medical protocols
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, safety, and clinic standards
Contribute to a compassionate, client-centered, and team-oriented clinic culture
