Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle or strategic sourcing experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, preferably within healthcare, veterinary, or similarly competitive talent markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation at scale, including building, maintaining, and continuously refreshing large pipelines of passive candidates across multiple geographies.
- Proven ability to source candidates in tight labor markets using advanced and creative techniques (Boolean search, niche platforms, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach).
- Strong experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while consistently delivering qualified candidate pipelines to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging sourcing technology and tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market intelligence tools) to drive efficiency, scale, and quality in sourcing efforts.
- Strong experience conducting market mapping and talent intelligence, including identifying competitor practices, uncovering passive talent pools, and providing insights on availability, compensation trends, and geographic supply constraints.
- Workday experience is a PLUS!
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Driving high-volume lead generation efforts by proactively identifying, enriching, and engaging passive veterinarian talent across multiple markets and practice types.
- Leveraging sourcing technology, automation, and CRM tools to build scalable pipelines, manage outreach at volume, and continuously optimize sourcing workflows.
- Conducting market mapping and talent intelligence research to identify competitor practices, uncover underutilized talent pools, and inform sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Creating thoughtful, engaging candidate experiences that reflect AmeriVet's values while operating at high volume and speed.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates, particularly veterinarians.
- Design scalable search strategies to enhance the recruiting team's results for current and future hiring needs.
