Veterinary TechnicianAnimal Hospital of Seminole
Seminole, Florida
Full-Time - Four 10-hour shifts
Compensation: negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $18 - $22 / hour
About You
You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.
The success of your patients’ care matters to you, and your success matters to us.
Your Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a veterinary technician preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinical skills)
- CVT, LVT, or RVT certification a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for animal health and client education
- Must be available to work some Saturdays

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal care, eager to contribute their technical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive setting. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care to our clients and small animal patients.
You’re Willing And Able To
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures
- Perform routine technical duties including venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and laboratory testing
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate clients on preventative care, treatment plans, and post-op instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols through Vetspire veterinary software
- Support general hospital cleanliness, equipment sterilization, and inventory management
- Provide compassionate and calm handling of animals of all temperaments
