Ready to take the next step in your veterinary career?Animal Hospital of Regency Park in New Port Richey is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead our talented team-and we're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates!

Our technicians are highly valued members of the medical team and work with advanced diagnostics and equipment including cone-beam CT (VetCAT), intradermal allergy testing, video otoscopy, dental radiology, and therapeutic laser.
With a strong 1:1 DVM-to-support staff ratio, our team is empowered to practice at the top of their skillset while delivering exceptional patient care. We're seeking a motivated Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and fostering a positive team culture while maintaining the highest standards of medicine.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of veterinary clinical experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred
- Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT) preferred, or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements
- Eligible for a sign-on bonus if licensed
- Ability to confidently support and guide technicians while working alongside veterinarians
- Experience with surgery, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and patient care
- Familiarity with common in-house laboratory equipment and diagnostic testing
- Strong animal handling and restraint skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to assist with scheduling, training, workflow management, and team development
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; rotating Saturdays are required
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary technician team
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols
- Partner with hospital leadership to improve efficiency and team performance
- Maintain clinical excellence while continuing to work hands-on with patients
